the only person at least on the comments book to have made two trips
with Karakorum Explorers in less than one year. Needless to say how much
I appreciate the professionalism, friendship and hospitality when
showing us wonderful region. 4)I found our Guide, Arman Ali, helpful, courteous and friendly through out our trek. Nothing was too much of a problem and he was invaluable in obtaining the necessary groups of porters. Arman's command of English as well as a number of local languages and dialects proved useful in helping us to communicate with local village folk. As regards Arman's guiding skills, I found him to have a steady and consistent pace with concern for those some way behind. He was especially concerned with one member of our party who was very ill and comforted him on difficult terrain. Overall I
would recommend Arman as a guide for further parties wihtout a doubt. 5) Comments on food-Terrific holiday Excellent food and no health problems indicating very high standards of hygience Well informed and considerate guides. Would recommend this trek without hesitation. The whole
organisation of the trek was well done. And the atention to the trekkers
needs was always very keen. I wil remember the trek. And the people who
made it possible, with great affection. Many thanks. |
